OnePlus launches the OnePlus Nord 3 5G and the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r – designed with pretty much everything you could ask for


 The special wine-pairing dinner at Tosca DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, taking place on the 14th and 15th of July 2023, is an exciting collaboration between Tosca and Gooddam. Chefs Murli Pillay from Tosca and Daniel Yap from Gooddam will combine their culinary skills to curate a remarkable 5-course menu for these two evenings.

Amuse Bouche 

The delightful journey commences with Chef Daniel's Amuse Bouche, a platter featuring a selection of exquisite bites:


1. Black Angus Short Ribs Arancino with sundried tomato aioli & summer truffle: A savory treat that combines the tenderness of Black Angus short ribs with the delightful flavors of sundried tomato aioli and the aromatic essence of summer truffles.

2. Oyster Beignet with green onion fondue: A unique take on oysters, where they are delicately encased in a beignet and accompanied by a flavorful green onion fondue.

3. Liver mousse, strawberry vinegar caramel, weeds & flowers: A sophisticated combination of liver mousse complemented by the sweet and tangy notes of strawberry vinegar caramel, beautifully adorned with edible flowers and foraged greens.

4. Aged Hamachi Crudo, pickled pumpkin & spiced passionfruit: A refreshing and light dish featuring aged Hamachi Crudo, enhanced by the tanginess of pickled pumpkin and the exotic flavors of spiced passionfruit.

To elevate this exquisite dining experience further, each Amuse Bouche will be thoughtfully paired with the sparkling Sanfeletto Prosecco Superior. This delightful pairing is sure to enhance the flavors and provide a truly refreshing start to the 5-course wine-pairing dinner.

Starter: The Symphony of Heirloom Tomatoes 

After the delightful Amuse Bouche, Chef Murli Pillay takes the stage with his Starter, the Symphony of Heirloom Tomatoes with aged balsamic and goat cheese panna cotta. This dish promises to be a celebration of vibrant colors and rich flavors, showcasing the natural sweetness and freshness of heirloom tomatoes. The tangy and aged balsamic vinegar perfectly complements the tomatoes, while the creamy goat cheese panna cotta adds a delightful touch of richness and texture to the dish.

Starter : Agnolotti from Summer featuring Wolf Herring Mousse, Red Coral & Hot Nasturtium Flower Butter. 


Following the Starter, it's time for Chef Daniel Yap's Pasta creation, presenting an exquisite Agnolotti from Summer featuring Wolf Herring Mousse, Red Coral & Hot Nasturtium Flower Butter. This pasta dish is not only a feast for the taste buds but also a visual delight with its artistic presentation. The Agnolotti, a type of Italian pasta, is filled with a luscious Wolf Herring Mousse, and the vibrant Red Coral and Hot Nasturtium Flower Butter adds a burst of flavors and colors to the dish.

To complement the pasta's light and citrussy flavors, the Fantini Pinot Grigio is the perfect wine pairing. This elegant and refreshing white wine from Fantini Winery is known for its crisp acidity and notes of citrus and tropical fruits. 

Main: Rack of Lamb served with pickled purple carrot, celeriac puree and màche & thyme jus.

For the Main Course, Chef Murli presents a succulent Rack of Lamb accompanied by pickled purple carrot, celeriac puree, and màche & thyme jus. This dish showcases the tender and flavorful lamb, perfectly cooked to bring out its natural richness. The pickled purple carrot adds a tangy and vibrant element to the plate, while the creamy celeriac puree provides a smooth and velvety texture. The màche & thyme jus adds a savory and aromatic touch, tying all the components together.

To complement the robust flavors of the lamb, a pairing of Cecchi Chianti DOCG is chosen. This Italian red wine, hailing from the Chianti region, exhibits earthy and slightly tart undertones that harmonize well with the richness of the lamb. The wine's complexity, with notes of dark fruits, herbs, and a hint of spice, enhances the overall dining experience, creating a perfect balance between the flavors of the dish and the characteristics of the wine.

Marsala & Sabayon Ice Cream

To conclude the special wine-pairing dinner, Chef Daniel presents a delightful dessert that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The Marsala & Sabayon Ice Cream takes center stage, accompanied by the flavors of Woodfire Fig and Fig Leaf Meringue.

The Marsala & Sabayon Ice Cream provides a luscious and creamy base with the subtle sweetness and complexity of Marsala wine. The Sabayon, a light and airy custard, adds a touch of elegance to the dessert, enhancing its richness and texture. These components are beautifully complemented by the Woodfire Fig, which brings a smoky and caramelized flavor profile to the dish. The Fig Leaf Meringue adds a delicate crispness and a hint of herbal notes, providing a unique twist to the dessert's overall composition.
